Precious Someone…

This is what I knew,
that dear & precious people are but few!

And as the time went by,
some disappeared,& I heaved a sigh.

Although earlier ones, to me will always be dear,
and through their memories, will stay so near;

A few new came along,
and they sang even lovelier song!

Its dawn, its one of those fresh beginnings,
its time for us to stretch our wings.

To find and more importantly, be dear and kind to some one,
and we can all, again have lots of fun!

As it is, all we have is, this moment, NOW,
and it all depends on our choice, of our thinking : HOW.

To do and be our best; wisely we must choose
with what and who we have, before these lovely times we loose.

Even this moment, I choose not to let it slip by futile,
Let me tell you that you are precious to me and I love your smile.

Thanks for being part of my life, even if its for a fraction of while
In my life, you do make a difference & of course so does your smile!

Whether near or away, whichever is your way,
May you in God's arms forever stay, this for you, I always pray!
